in issue three one's third volume, 'foreshadowing certainty,' we explore the quiet significance of the overlooked—images taken in passing, unassuming at first, yet woven into the fabric of pivotal moments. nature, faces, and fleeting scenes, each a prelude to success, revealing meaning only in retrospect.
i felt estranged from what i thought art was, and even more estranged from the world around me. there was an almost primal craving to engage—to interact with those I met at random, forming connections i never could have anticipated. again and again, i found myself reintroducing myself to the world. it is restoring, it is comforting, and perhaps, it is necessary.
